IMG was founded in 1996 by Brian Tramontini. Brian is a seasoned professional with over 20 years experience as a business analyst, project manager, senior auditor and consultant.
Brian holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo where he majored in Computer Science.
He acquired his work experience in the public and private sector, with a focus on health and social services, education and mining-related industries.
Brian has led numerous consulting engagements in a wide range of industries varying in scope from many months to one-day facilitated workshops.
Mr. Tramontini is the author of the Creating Solutions Framework™. He created the "Strategy, Organizational Change and Project Management" seminar series to provide organizations with a flexible set methods, tools and coaching to successfully develop and execute business strategies.
