Project Planning and Management

This session describes how project management relates to organizational change. It focuses on a critical factor in project success: early-stage project definition and planning. Participants complete a real "project charter" - one of the critical planning elements.

Participants learn to:

• Identify key linkages and assumptions
• Implement effective management structures and processes to manage risk and measure results
